Water Supply System solves cattle hygiene problems

Roe & Cook were called upon to supply a complete system after a new bore was installed on the property at Caveat east of Seymour.   Our customer had some areas with dams that would pug up and some with no water supply. 

Roe & Cook supplied a two panel Mono Series 2000 Sun Sub Solar pump unit that can deliver approx. 14,000 litres per day in Summer. 

The unit delivers water to an 80,000-litre steel tank approximately 800 metres away on a rise approximately 40 metres lift from the bore. In addition, Roe & Cook supplied and installed seven Polymaster 450 litre sweep troughs for stock at various locations on the property.  

These troughs can be easily swept clean of muck and remain stable with 300 kg of water ballast.  Water supply in place the customer is very pleased with animals having no dirty tails and greatly improved health.
